We’ve all suffered from the common problem, but how many of us actually know anything about cellulite?
We’ve all heard the old wives’ tales, of course: it’s caused by artificial sweeteners, it’s genetic, men can’t get it, coffee makes it worse, etc…But is any of this information about cellulite true, or is it just misinformation? If you want to find out just what cellulite is, and how to get rid of it, keep reading or visit Cellulite Treatments By Sia.
What is cellulite?
Cellulite is a complex biological condition that can happen to anyone, even men and very thin women. The reason why we don’t notice it on men is because men’s skin tends to be thicker than women’s.
Cellulite occurs not in the skin, as many believe, but actually under the skin in our subcutaneous fat layer. Here, a combination of toxin storage, fat cell increase and bad circulation cause cellulite to form. Find out more here.
How to get cellulite, and anti-cellulite diets
As mentioned above, cellulite is caused by a number of factors, so addressing just one of the problems, like diet, is not going to, by itself, solve the problem. But eating a diet heavy in caffeine, alcohol, toxins, preservatives and artificial additives is certainly one way how to get cellulite!
Many companies claim to have anti-cellulite diets. There is no anti cellulite diet as such, but a diet heavy in artificial additives and processed foods certainly doesn’t help. This is because the body is not really sure what to do with these toxins when it comes across them, so to be on the safe side, it stores them in our fat layer. These toxins also clog up our lymphatic drainage system, causing more toxins to build up, leading to the lumps and bumps we know so well.
What is your current cellulite treatment?
Chances are, if you have cellulite, you’ve tried an array of creams and gels. So what is it about these cellulite treatments that make them ineffective? It’s because they are topical—that is, they are applied to the surface of the skin, and they don’t penetrate much further than this. As cellulite occurs under the skin at the subcutaneous level, creams never get anywhere near the problem.
Cellulite—how to get rid of it!
If you’ve got cellulite and wonder how to get rid of it, then visit Cellulite Treatments By Sia. We recently imported the lasted in cellulite-busting technology from Europe. This patented technology uses a combination of radio frequency and magnetic pulsing and achieves three key things in the flight against cellulite: it reduces fat cells (lipolysis), it boosts circulation (angiogenesis) and it stimulates lymphatic drainage.
It also uses a multipolar applicator to deliver the treatment right down to the subcutaneous layer–where the cellulite actually is.
